Boulder's Best Broker: RE/MAX of Boulder Voted #1 Again!

RE/MAX of Boulder was just voted as the "Best Real Estate Company" in Boulder Valley for 2010 by Colorado Daily, which has been covering CU and Boulder since 1892! In their 3/31/10 edition, they published the results of their annual readers' poll of "Boulder's Best", covering such categories as Retail, Food & Drink, Entertainment, and Fitness. From the Best Art Gallery, to the Best Bank, the Best Car Dealer, the Best Brew Pub, to . . . Boulder's Best Real Estate Company, it's an impressive list that we're proud to be a part of again. In part, here's what they said about our office: " . . . RE/MAX of Boulder offers local real estate expertise combined with national experience to help you find the perfect place . . ."

The annual readers' poll is a great litmus test because readers are people using these services every day, year after year. In conjunction with this honor, we thought it would be interesting to see if these votes translated into statistical results in the Boulder real estate market? Being voted "the Best" is great, but consumers also vote with their check books. So, we did some research and here are some recent market-share statistics that go hand-in-hand with this award. These results are for the respective residential re-sale markets over the past 6 months, for the City of Boulder, Boulder County, and the entire MLS, using IRES data as of 4/13/2010:
