Creekside Longmont: Always one of Longmont, Colorado's most popular neighborhoods, the Creekside area features great access, access to Left Hand Creek Park, and a wide range of home styles and prices. Here's a custom Google map we created depicting the entire neighborhood, which is generally bound by 95th St. (S. Hover Rd.) on the west, Pike Rd. on the north, and Plateau Rd. on the south:

There are currently 21 Creekside homes for sale (attached and detached), ranging in price from a low of $199,900 up to $520,000. Watersong at Creekside features the lower-priced homes in this neighborhood along 95th St., with home sizes and prices increasing as you go east. Rainbow Ridge Estates, on the far east end of the neighborhood, features the highest-priced homes - typically in the $1M range. If you are looking for a home in Longmont that is conveniently located to schools, shopping, and both the Diagonal Highway and 287, you may want to seriously consider the Creekside area.
