Search Boulder MLS Listings By Map

To search Boulder MLS listings by map, all you have to do is use our integrated "Search By Map" function. What are the advantages of searching the MLS by map vs. other sites where you just get a list of properties? Ever heard that location is important when it comes to real estate? People are visual and particularly with real estate, it helps to visualize where the property is - even before you read the description or look at the photos. Our system places all the current Boulder MLS listings that you're interested in on an interactive map, allowing you to see each listing in relation to roads, freeways, airports, parks, etc. Change your mind about price range? Simply change the criteria at the top of the page and the system instantly returns a new map.

Once you see a location that looks promising, just mouse-over the house icon and a call-out will pop up with a photo and the list price. If you like what you see, click on the house and more information, i.e. MLS number, bedrooms and baths will be presented. From here you can click "details" for the full listing detail, photos, etc., and also save this listing as one of your favorites. These features could potentially save you a lot of time by eliminating properties that don't make the cut locationally, and actually highlighting ones that you may want to focus on. A simple list of properties won't do that. A simple list also doesn't allow you to compare the location of each listing in relation to others.

If you were interested in 2-bedroom Boulder condos and townhomes for sale, between $250,000 and $350,000, near CU campus, for example, this feature would plot them for you and allow you to get more details on the ones that looked promising. How about homes for sale in Longmont, Lafayette, Niwot, etc.? Just change the city at the top - and a new map appears. Our default map is Boulder, but you can search MLS listings in hundreds of Colorado cities using our "Search By Map" feature.

Our system also allows ou to search Boulder MLS listings by city, address, subdivision, zip code and MLS #, but the search-by-map function might prove to be another valuable tool for you as your search for your new home. Check it out and let us know if you have any questions.
